About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM - Sales to lead business development, customer relationship management, and sales operations for our pharmaceutical tooling division specializing in Punches & Dies for Tablet Compression Machines. The role requires a strategic sales professional capable of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive business growth for tablet compression tooling products, including punches, dies, turrets, and related machine components.




- Identify and develop new customers across pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and formulation development companies.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, production heads, and technical teams.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract finalization with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Key Account Management & Customer Care
- Lead customer care activities for existing and prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop long-term customer engagement programs to enhance retention and business growth.
