- Collaborate closely with client solutions teams and business leaders across the APAC region to ensure a seamless client experience by implementing and maintaining client service best practices and procedures.
- Proactively manage client expectations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by identifying potential issues and implementing timely corrective measures.
- Leverage regional relationships to identify cross-selling opportunities, fostering collaboration across regions for mutual benefit.
