Brainmine Web Solutions is a Pune-based 360 digital marketing and web solutions agency serving 40+ clients across India, UK, UAE, USA, and Australia. We're looking for a hungry, target-driven Sales Manager who can own the full sales cycle and earn uncapped incentives on every closure.
This role is for you if: you chase numbers, not just conversations. You're comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a pitch, negotiating scope and price, and closing. You understand what SEO, performance marketing, and web development actually deliver and can sell outcomes, not jargon.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for the full 360 services portfolio — SEO/AEO, Google & Meta Ads, social media marketing, web design & development, branding, and marketing automation.
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, referrals, networking events, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Run discovery calls, understand client business goals, and map the right service mix.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, costings,



and commercial negotiations up to closure.
- Coordinate with SEO, paid media, creative, and web delivery teams to scope realistic deliverables and timelines.
- Handle client onboarding and maintain relationships for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene — pipeline stages, forecasts, follow-ups, and weekly reporting to management.
- Track competitor offerings and market pricing; feed insights back into positioning.
- Contribute to achieving agency growth targets across domestic and international markets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of B2B sales / business development experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or media sales setting.
- Proven, demonstrable record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets (be ready to share numbers).
