Roles and Responsibilities
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience across finance operations, accounts, compliance, Founders Office, family office, CA/CS coordination or multi-entity environments
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, payroll, ROC and banking documentation
- Comfortable coordinating multiple businesses and external professionals
- Able to read basic financial statements, tax workings, payroll sheets, resolutions and bank documents
- Strong with Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Books or Tally
- Clear written communication, robust follow-up discipline and high confidentiality
What You Will Own
- Maintain one clear master of all companies, LLPs, bank accounts, registrations, directors, partners, shareholders and advisers
- Drive monthly finance closure across entities, including bank reconciliations, expenses, reimbursements, payroll inputs, GST and TDS data Coordinate CAs, CS firms, payroll advisers, banks, lawyers and internal teams
- Track GST, TDS, income tax, ROC, payroll, professional tax, PF,



ESIC and annual compliance requirements Drive bank-account opening, closure, KYC, signatory changes and banking-access matters
- Coordinate registered-office changes, entity closures, director or partner changes and statutory filings Identify missing documents, unsupported expenses, wrong-entity transactions and unresolved balances
- Separate business, founder, investment, property and inter-company matters
- Prepare weekly dashboards, risk updates and Founder decision or signature packs
- Build trackers, SOPs, document rooms and compliance calendars that can scale with the portfolio Ensure every matter has an owner, deadline, next action and proof of closure

- Identify the correct entity, owner, adviser, deadline and required documents
