About the Role -

We are looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

As a Marketing & Business Development Intern, you will act as the local representative of At_UrSteps in your hometown. You will identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand local market requirements, and convert leads into projects.





This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication, enjoy networking, and want to earn based on their performance rather than fixed working hours.

Key Responsibilities-
- Study and understand the local market in your city or town.
- Identify potential customers requiring interior design, renovation, facility management, or turnkey project services.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the At_UrSteps team for project discussions and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
