Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Tirupathi region. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and expanding our market presence.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives within the Tirupathi market.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including key accounts and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Tirupathi market and customer base is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
