We're looking for an experienced IT Delivery Lead with a strong Healthcare background to join an exciting project.
Top 3 Required Skills:
Manage project execution and IT delivery for Healthcare projects
Lead multiple workstreams, including financial management, while coordinating with Business and IT Technical Leads
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery and execution
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
• Oversee cross-program dependencies, issues, and release planning
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and leadership
• Facilitate architecture discussions, detailed design reviews, and issue resolution
• Drive project governance, quality reviews,
and status reporting
• Support enterprise-wide project planning and execution
Required Experience:
Strong experience delivering Healthcare IT projects
Experience managing enterprise IT projects
Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills
Expertise in project planning, risk management, and IT delivery
Experience facilitating architecture and technical design discussions
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
