Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Integration Engineer – Workday & Identity Integrations to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade cloud integration solutions supporting our global Identity & Access Management (IAM) and HR technology ecosystem.

This role will lead the modernization of integrations between Workday, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and other enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing scalable, API-first, event-driven integration solutions that automate employee lifecycle management, identity provisioning, and enterprise business processes.

This is a senior hands-on engineering role requiring deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, Workday integrations, Microsoft identity technologies, and cloud-native integration patterns.



You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, HRIS, IAM, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and production-ready integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

● Architect scalable, secure, and highly available integrations between Workday, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and other enterprise applications.

● Design and implement API-first and event-driven integration architectures that support enterprise-scale business processes.

● Build, publish, secure, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).

● Develop serverless integration solutions utilizing Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Logic Apps where appropriate.
