About KOMPTE

India's full-stack sports competition platform. We run structured multi-sport tournaments — Badminton, Futsal, Marathon, Basketball, Cricket — across Chandigarh, Delhi, and Bengaluru. 34 events completed, 3,931 verified participants, proprietary tech at organizer.kompte.com handling fixtures, live scoring, rankings, and registration. We're expanding into tier 2 cities across India and need the person who will own that growth.

What You'll Own

Revenue & Sponsorships
— Identify and close sponsorship deals with local and national brands. Build tiered packages. Own your revenue number.

Brand Development
— Build KOMPTE's presence in every city we enter. Recruit local athlete ambassadors. Create ground-level visibility at events.

Partnerships
— Venues, sports clubs, universities, RWAs, district sports offices, corporate parks. Negotiate barter and subsidised access to reduce event costs directly.





Tier 2 City Expansion
— Own the city activation roadmap. Priority targets: Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Ambala, Jaipur, Lucknow, Pune, Mysuru. Map each city, find a local ground partner, secure a venue, and run the first event.

Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales, BD, partnerships, or growth — sports, events, ed-tech, FMCG, or any consumer-facing sector
- Proven track record of closing, not just pitching
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Willing to travel to tier 2 cities regularly — this is a ground-up role
- Fluent in Hindi and English; regional language a bonus
- Self-driven — you will set your own calendar and own your results

Not required: MBA, premium college, or corporate experience. Required: hunger and a verifiable record of closing.
