We are looking for an experienced
Business Process Analyst – SD-WAN
to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes related to SD-WAN solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, SD-WAN technologies, stakeholder management, and process documentation within the IT/Telecom domain.
The candidate will work closely with business users, architects, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define business processes, and support successful SD-WAN transformation initiatives.
Skills:

• A logical approach in understanding technology and the impact on processes in the business and ability to elicit business requirements and document To Be processes.
• Positive written and verbal communication
• Experience in the projects as Subject matter experts from the business
• Experts as Process Analyst / Business Analyst in IT/Telco sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for SD-WAN initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirement elicitation activities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze existing network and operational workflows and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Work closely with SD-WAN architects, network engineers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
