Key Responsibilities

Promote EFCO’s specialized niche services, including:

On-site Machining

Line Boring

Welding

Repair and Reconditioning of Turbine Governing & Control Valves

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Conduct technical presentations and service demonstrations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Profile





✅ Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

✅
05+ years of experience
in industrial valve repair, reconditioning, or related industrial services

✅ Solid communication, planning, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills

✅ Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across India
