The Investment Reporting Analyst will manage client investment reporting, portfolios, and dashboards while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role supports performance analysis, investor communication, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client investment accounts and prepare regular updates for RMS of the client.
- Maintain, review, and update client reports accurately and on time.
- Track account margins and help in deployment of excess funds in line with company policies.
- Assist in fee calculations, quarterly performance reports, and investor communications.
- Prepare and format pitch decks for client and internal presentations.
- Coordinate with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare MIS reports for internal management review.
- Update client dashboards and summary reports.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements in reporting and operations.
- Use technology tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting platforms) to automate and enhance outputs.
- Stay updated on market developments and financial insights relevant to client portfolios.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (freshers welcome).
- 2-3 year of experience in finance, accounts, or reporting (internship experience accepted).
- Knowledge of financial markets, including options and derivatives.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (must) and willingness to learn reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage tasks within deadlines.
