- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Personal Care & Hygiene industry across assigned territories.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire current B2B customers through market mapping, prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry contacts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, sampling, commercial negotiations, order closure, and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs, converters, contract manufacturers, and brand owners.
- Develop annual sales plans, customer-wise business strategies, and territory growth plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations,



demonstrating the value proposition of products and solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Technical Service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable product solutions based on technical and commercial requirements.
- Drive new product development opportunities by identifying market gaps and gathering customer feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies to formulate effective business strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, demand plans, business reports, and monthly MIS for management review.
- Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and commercial disputes in coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, payment conditions, and annual business agreements.
