Role Description
The Placement Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram Sector 11. The Placement Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying placement opportunities,



and coordinating campus drives and interviews for learners. Daily activities include liaising with corporate partners, tracking placement performance, preparing students for interviews through counseling and mock sessions, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with training teams to align student skill development with market requirements, meeting placement targets, and continuously expanding the employer network to enhance job outcomes for Anudip’s learners.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities, with experience engaging corporate employers and placement partners.
- Skills in student counseling, interview preparation, and career guidance to support learners from diverse backgrounds.
