Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for the Chandigarh, India office. This full-time, on-site role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to support workforce planning,



talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. Daily responsibilities will include handling HR documentation, coordinating training and development programs, managing benefits and payroll coordination with relevant teams, and addressing employee queries in a timely, skilled manner. The role will also contribute to HR analytics and continuous improvement of HR processes to support business growth.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in HR operations such as HRIS management, documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.
