Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Manage production manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor quality and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with stores, dispatch and quality teams.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics preferred
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory
- Team handling experience
- Positive leadership skills
- ERP knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
