Job Description – Digital Support Executive (1–2 Years Experience)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Digital Support Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing digital tools, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's digital systems and day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and user-related issues.
- Assist employees with software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Maintain and monitor company systems, devices, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and software compliance.
- Support digital platforms such as email, ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
- Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Stay updated with recent technologies and recommend improvements where required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Support, IT Support, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting software and system-related issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
