Position: Senior Consultant

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Experience: 2-5 years in ITGC
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, including access controls, change management, and IT operations.
- Perform IT Application Controls (ITAC) testing including automated controls, interface controls, reports, and key application configurations.
- Support and execute SOC 1 / SOC 2 engagements, including control testing, documentation, and audit fieldwork.
- Assist in information security audits and compliance assessments across various frameworks.
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls in areas such as applications, databases, operating systems, and cloud environments.
- Prepare audit workpapers, documentation, and reports in line with skilled standards.
- Collaborate with clients to gather information, understand processes, and address audit queries.
- Support multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardization,



and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Guide and support junior team members during engagements.
Prerequisites
- 2+ years of experience in ITGC, ITAC, SOC 1/SOC 2, or information security auditing within a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Technology, or related field.
- Certifications preferred or in progress: CISA, CCSK, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA, AWS CCP.
- Hands-on experience in SOC audits, control testing, audit documentation, and end-to-end engagement execution.
- Strong understanding of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, IT Audit frameworks, and audit methodologies.
- Exposure to network, application, and cloud environment assessments.
- Ability to manage tasks, perform detailed analysis, and draft client-ready deliverables.
