Role & responsibilities
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs for industrial automation applications.
- Integrate industrial robots with CNC machines, vision systems, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and other automation equipment.
- Configure industrial communication networks such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus TCP.
- Support electrical control panel design, I/O configuration, wiring validation, and documentation.
- Commission robotic automation systems, perform FAT/SAT, and provide customer support.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, PLC, and automation-related issues during installation and production.
Preferred candidate profile
- PLC Programming (Ladder Logic & Function Block Programming)
- HMI Development
- Industrial Communication Protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU)
- Electrical Design using EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical
- Servo Systems, Motion Control & VFDs
- Electrical & Electronics Troubleshooting
- Industrial Sensors, Encoders & Pneumatic Systems
- SCADA fundamentals (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of industrial robots and robot I/O integration
- Understanding of electrical safety circuits and machine interlocks
