Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective career development strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions with employees to identify their strengths and interests.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support.




- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of career development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in career counselling.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in career counselling or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
