Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong knife skills, experience in recipe preparation, grilling, and food presentation, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients using advanced knife techniques, including julienne, dicing, chopping, and fast, precise cutting.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Cook a variety of dishes using grilling and other cooking techniques.
- Plate and present food attractively according to restaurant standards.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant, café, hotel, or cloud kitchen.
- Expert knife skills, including julienne, dicing, chopping, and efficient cutting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of recipe preparation and ingredient handling.
- Experience with grilling and food plating.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
