We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives who can drive business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
- Contact prospective clients and explain the company's legal services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on progress.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Legal Services, Banking, BPO, Financial Services, Insurance, Debt Collection, or Loan Settlement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Target-driven with excellent convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
