Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur. This role involves driving local sales growth by identifying new customer segments, managing key accounts,



and implementing targeted marketing campaigns for Rebel Foods brands. The specialist will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote offerings, and ensure a high-quality service experience at every touchpoint. Daily responsibilities include coordinating promotional activities, tracking campaign performance, preparing sales reports, and supporting training initiatives for front-line staff on sales techniques and customer engagement. The role requires close collaboration with operations and marketing teams to optimize local brand visibility, increase order volumes, and maintain consistent brand standards.
