About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
SAP Basis Consultant
with
1+ years of hands-on experience
in SAP Basis administration to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise in SAP system administration, performance tuning, system monitoring, installation, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.



Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and global teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform SAP installation, patching, upgrades, backup, restore, and recovery activities.
- Monitor SAP systems for performance, availability, work processes, system logs, dumps, locks, and disk space.
- Administer SAP ABAP and Java systems.
- Handle technical incidents, service requests, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Manage SAP CTS (Correction and Transport System).
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP Web Dispatcher.
- Configure SSL, SSO, certificate exchange, renewals, and trust relationships.
- Maintain SAP printing subsystem across environments.
- Support disaster recovery and high availability environments.
- Participate in technical migration projects and system optimization initiatives.
- Work with international teams, prepare documentation, and support knowledge transfer.
- Handle customer bridge calls and system outage situations.
