End User Computing (EUC) / Modern Workplace Engineer (L2/L3) profile with strong focus on Microsoft 365, Identity Management, Intune, and End-User Support.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity management, ensuring secure authentication and authorization of users.
- Implement Intune policies to control device management, application deployment, and data protection across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Microsoft solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support to end-users on AAD and Intune-related issues.

Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its applications in identity management.
- Experience with implementing Intune policies for device management, application deployment, and data protection.
