Role Description
The Writer role at My Curious Colleague ? #CPGCX is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. The Writer will create clear, engaging content for podcast episodes, YouTube videos, blog posts, social media, and other brand communications, aligned with the Consumer Care and CPG focus. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching relevant industry topics,



drafting scripts and articles, shaping narrative arcs for interviews and discussions, and revising content based on editorial feedback. The role also involves collaborating closely with the founder to develop content ideas, maintain brand voice, and support content planning and publishing schedules. The Writer will help ensure all content is accurate, inclusive, and accessible to a broad professional audience.

Qualifications
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing abilities, with a clear, concise, and engaging style suited to podcasts, video scripts, and digital content.
- Demonstrated research skills, including the ability to synthesize information on CPG, consumer care, brand management, and analyst topics into practical insights.
