Job description-Must have and good to have skills. An individual suited for this role should have strong expertise in ServiceNow development and administration with hands-on experience in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, IRE, Application Mapping, and vulnerability management,



along with solid knowledge of integrating and optimizing Qualys VMDR within ServiceNow environments. The role requires proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs), REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer automation, and CMDB reconciliation processes. A good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and asset relationships is essential to accurately manage configuration items and vulnerability workflows. The ideal candidate should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be capable of designing automated remediation and escalation workflows, building dashboards and reports, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating effectively with operational and technical teams in a responsive and detail-oriented manner.
