We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Executive who has 3-5 years of experience and can manage and optimize our online marketplace operations, product listings, and digital sales strategies across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and others. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ecommerce operations, and customer service, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace & Website Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings across ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and SEO-friendly product descriptions, images, and pricing.




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze competitor pricing and suggest agile pricing strategies.

Sales & Performance Optimization:
- Execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies to drive online sales.
- Track sales performance, conversions, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
- Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.

Customer Engagement & Support:
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements.
- Maintain high ratings and positive customer reviews across all platforms.

Order Management & Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with fulfilment teams to ensure timely order processing and shipping.
- Address shipping delays, returns, and disputes efficiently.
- Optimize order processing workflows to enhance efficiency.
