To lead the team of Registered Nurses and Nursing aides in the provision of optimal quality nursing care within available resources, working internal rotation of shifts.
Responsibilities can be extended to direct patient care in case of crisis/pandemics or any disasters.
Preferred candidate profile
- Appropriate qualification and statutory nursing registration in the state GNM/BSC/MSC
- Proven clinical knowledge & Management skills
- Valuable communication skills, fluency in English & Hindi.
