Job Description
:

 Make outbound calls to prospective students using the provided leads database.

 Conduct tele-counseling sessions to understand student requirements and suggest suitable IT courses.

 Generate walk-ins for the training center by convincing and scheduling branch visits.

 Handle offline lead nurturing process: Tele-counseling → Visit → Demo Session → Admission.

 Convert interested candidates into direct online admissions for students who prefer not to visit the branch.

 Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, and career opportunities in IT.

 Maintain robust and consistent follow-ups with interested prospects until admission closure.

 Maintain and update CRM records, lead details, call logs, and follow-up history.

 Respond quickly to fresh inquiries from website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

 Share daily activity reports including calls made, walk-ins generated, demos scheduled, and admissions closed.

 Coordinate with academic and placement teams for demo sessions and student onboarding
