Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to manage sales activities for the Health Department and Government Healthcare Sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling GeM and government tenders, preparing quotations, building robust relationships with healthcare institutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from Government Health Departments, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, AIIMS, ESIC, CGHS, NHM, and other healthcare institutions.




- Manage end-to-end sales through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
- Search, evaluate, and participate in government tenders related to IT Hardware, Software, Networking, and Office Automation products.
- Prepare quotations, technical specifications, commercial proposals, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing and product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement teams, and institutional clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tender status to maximize conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming government procurement opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
