We are looking for a hands-on Senior Developer – SharePoint + Power Platform to support enterprise delivery, solutioning, estimation and development across the Collaboration practice. This role is ideal for a senior technical resource who can independently design and deliver SharePoint Online, migration, intranet modernization, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 solutions while also supporting proposal inputs, effort estimates, technical documentation, and client-facing discussions.

The role is not limited to development execution. The candidate should be able to understand business requirements, propose the right technical approach, guide junior developers, support delivery governance, and contribute to solution design across active and upcoming client engagements.

Experience

6+ years of overall IT experience, with robust hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and migration projects.

Preferred level: L3 Senior Developer / Associate Technical Lead equivalent

Key Responsibilities





Own hands-on development and technical implementation across SharePoint Online, SharePoint intranet, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform engagements.

Support solution design and technical architecture for SharePoint Online, intranet modernization, migration, automation, and Power Platform projects.

Lead or support migration projects such as SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online, Google Sites to SharePoint, Box to SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 migration scenarios.

Work with migration tools such as Sharegate, SPMT, or similar platforms, and support migration assessment, planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution.

Prepare and contribute to effort estimates, solution summaries, CR documents, SOW inputs, technical assumptions, risks, and proposal responses.

Participate in pre-sales and discovery discussions by helping translate client requirements into technical solutions, delivery approaches, and effort estimates.
