Role Overview

Space Stem is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive – HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in the IT Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, administration, and workforce planning using KEKA HRMS.
Skills
- 4–6 years of HR Generalist and Recruitment experience in the IT Software Services industry.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (Attendance, Leave, PMS, Employee Lifecycle, and Payroll Coordination).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Job Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and manage offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, increments, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities through KEKA HRMS.
