1. Team Leader cum Social Safeguard Specialist-

Essential qualification & experience

●
Postgraduate degree in Sociology, Social Work or a relevant discipline.

●
At least 20 years of experience in the preparation and/or implementation of Social Impact Assessments (SIA), Social Management Plans (SMP) and Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs).

●
Experience on Metro, LRT, High-Speed Rail, Indian Railways or comparable infrastructure projects.

●
Working experience on at least one Metro or Railway project is mandatory.

●

Experience on externally financed projects will be preferred.

2.Environmental Safeguard Expert-

Essential qualification & experience

●
Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning or a relevant discipline.

●
At least 10 years of experience in preparation, implementation and monitoring of EIA and EMP/EMOP for transport or similar infrastructure projects.





●

Experience on at least one Metro or Railway project is mandatory; Metro, LRT, High-Speed Rail and Indian Railways experience is especially relevant.

3.Occupational Health & Safety Expert-

Essential qualification & experience

●
Postgraduate degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline, together with a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Technical Education Board.

●
At least 10 years of experience in implementation and/or auditing of occupational health and safety aspects on similar infrastructure projects.

●

Experience on at least one Metro or Railway project is mandatory.
