Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Gurugram. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of advertising and monetization products, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iterative improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, translating business goals into clear product specifications, and collaborating with engineering, data, sales,



and operations teams to deliver features on time and within scope. The role involves analyzing product performance, user behavior, and market trends to prioritize initiatives, run experiments, and optimize for advertiser outcomes and publisher revenue. The Product Manager will also communicate product updates, prepare documentation, and align stakeholders through regular reviews and transparent reporting.

Qualifications
- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Analytical and data-driven skills, such as interpreting performance metrics, running A/B tests, and making decisions based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, including cross-functional coordination with engineering, data, sales, and operations teams.
- Experience or familiarity with digital advertising, ad tech, or publisher monetization products.
