Medi Events Company is a leading event management organization specializing in medical conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and professional event solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Maintain financial records using accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the event management industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
