About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Associate to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Flipkart, Myntra). You'll play a key role in listing optimization, order management, and driving sales performance across our marketplace channels.

Responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) across marketplace platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to prevent stockouts or overselling
- Track daily sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity
- Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and returns through marketplace seller dashboards
- Resolve account health issues, policy violations, and listing suppressions
- Assist with promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising (e.g., Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products)
- Analyze sales data and generate regular performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on new product launches




- Stay current on marketplace policy changes and platform updates

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with marketplace seller platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good written communication skills for customer service and listing content
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus
