Talent Caravan is looking for an experienced HR Specialist – NBFC & BFSI Recruitment to join our Executive Search team. If you have a strong understanding of the NBFC/BFSI ecosystem and a proven track record of hiring mid to senior-level professionals, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, Microfinance, Fintech, and Insurance clients.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, referrals, and market mapping.
- Hire for critical functions including Sales, Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, Treasury, Operations, HR, Compliance, and leadership roles.
- Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closures.




- Build strong talent pipelines and perform competitor mapping across leading BFSI organizations.

Preferred Profile
- MBA in HR or a related field.
- 1-4 years* of recruitment experience, with *at least 2 years in NBFC/BFSI hiring*.
- Experience with an Executive Search firm, Recruitment Consultancy, RPO, or in-house Talent Acquisition team.
- Solid knowledge of BFSI hiring trends, stakeholder management, and leadership hiring.
