Work Responsibility :-2+ years of working experience as a PM in Animation and Graphic Designing industry with Project planning,Timeline development,optimization by keeping upcoming projects in plan, regular updates on project status,Applying strategic/functional changes during development cycle & Client Servicing.

Project planning :-

· SOW Understanding from CS and CD

· Timeline development and optimization by keeping upcoming projects in plan.

· Defining Milestones and Execution steps for all stakeholders

· Team/bandwidth/hardware planning and allocation

Project Execution:-

· Keeping regular updates on project status

· Applying strategic/functional changes during development cycle

· Adapting appropriate project management strategies for successful execution of the project

· Monitoring project performance

· Receiving feedback on the project milestones and incorporating the same.

· sharing milestone updates with stakeholder for review and approvals

Communication:-

· Project brief coordination between TLs, CD, CS and Clients.





· Regular updates to all stakeholders about project status and requirements

· Suggesting possible issues and solutions to relevant stakeholders for successful execution

· Handling/managing team and team manager's concerns and grievances with help of management(if needed)

· Coordination with vendors (vo artists, freelancers etc) for project requirements

Monitoring and Reports:-

· Weekly project status emails to stakeholders

· Daily/weekly project status emails to stakeholders

· Milestone completion reports and mails

· Daily reporting to reporting head/production head

Client Servicing:-
- Maintaining solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service
- Frequently interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identifying various ways to overcome clients' critique of company products.
