Travel Requirement: This role requires frequent travel (5070%) across client locations, regional offices, and other business destinations to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in portfolio management and capital markets technology platforms. The ideal candidate will lead system implementations, integrations, workflow automation, and production support while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, enhancement, and support of portfolio management and capital market platforms.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and manage system integrations, workflows, and platform configurations.




- Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, SSIS, and SSRS solutions.
- Support data migration, reporting, reconciliation, and production issue resolution.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and coordinate UAT activities.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and technology best practices.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Capital Markets, Investment Management, or Portfolio Management platforms.
- Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Experience with system integrations, workflow automation, and data migration.
- Robust business analysis, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
- Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment Management domain is preferred.
