Lead – Business Analytics
to drive data-driven decision-making, automate analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business insights.

What You'll Do
- Analyze complex business and customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Build and automate end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Develop reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Optimize existing reporting processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Mentor team members and contribute to business-critical analytics initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
- Strong expertise in




SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau
.
- Experience with
Databricks
, Business Intelligence tools, and dashboard development.
- Exposure to
AWS, S3
, and modern data platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as
Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT
is a plus.
- Solid analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business value through data.
