The First Responder Head will be responsible for managing the individuals who work on Heart It Out s external chat and call lines. The First Responder Head will also be responsible for maintaining communication channels between the different departments of Heart It Out.
This role is open to Psychology Graduates and Masters degree holders who are passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns.
The ideal candidate has excellent multitasking skills, valuable time management skills and pays great attention to detail.
