About the Role

The AI-Native Mobile QC Engineer owns product quality for our Android and iOS learning apps, working at the intersection of testing, tooling, and AI. You will use AI tools as core instruments of the job — generating test cases from PRDs and designs, triaging bugs, and catching regressions before they reach students. The role requires balancing speed with rigor across both platforms in a fast-moving, content-heavy mobile product.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–3 years of experience in QA/QC,



ideally on mobile apps; experience testing both Android and iOS preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, GPT, or similar) daily — for test case generation, log analysis, or bug triage — as a core part of the workflow, not an add-on.
- Sharp eye for UI/UX inconsistency and attention to detail, including platform-specific behavior differences (Android vs. iOS).
- Working knowledge of Linear or a similar issue tracker.
- Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports with proper severity, platform, and repro steps.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with fast release cycles.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus: exposure to Espresso/UI Automator (Android) and/or XCUITest (iOS), basic SQL, or Figma.
- Bonus: interest in the UPSC/exam-prep space or ed-tech generally.
