Client: Hospital/Healthcare (UK)
Position: Process Associate
Location: Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore.
Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Transport: 2 way cab (home pickup)
CTC: 4-8 LPA
Eligibility:
. Any Graduate
. 2–5 years of experience in any UK Voice Process, Customer Support, BPO, Shared Services, or Healthcare Support
. Exp in UK voice process is mandatory
. Excellent English communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound patient calls, emails & portal enquiries
* Schedule and manage patient appointments
* Resolve customer queries professionally
* Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards
