We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and interior project execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities at construction and interior project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor labor productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Track material requirements, inventory, and site deliveries.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.




- Identify and resolve in office issues to minimize delays.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion before approvals.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-outs, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic project documentation.
