✅ Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang, especially Microservices and Concurrency

• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript

• Robust REST API design and lifecycle management experience

• Experience with MySQL, including schema migrations, query optimization, and data integrity

• Experience with Material UI, Styled Components, or CSS Modules

• Frontend performance optimization experience

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Upper-Intermediate English
