Role & responsibilities
- Design complete product flows in Figma user journeys, states, edge cases, empty states, errors, permissions, mobile and responsive behavior.
- Bring a unified design mindset to a very complex application so that all current and future modules feel like one product, not separate pieces.
- Turn vague product problems into clear, structured design solutions.
- Create screens and flows from scratch, not only polish existing layouts.
- Work closely with our front-end team to make sure designs are practical, buildable, and shipped correctly.
- Explain your design decisions clearly and defend them with product reasoning, not just visual preference.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing real digital products in Figma.
- A strong portfolio with live applications we can open and use ourselves not just Dribbble shots or concept work.
- Real experience working on large,
complex products with many modules.
- Solid understanding of UX, product logic, hierarchy, usability, and interaction states.
- Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Strong communication and the maturity to collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership.
- A genuine drive for quality someone who cares about execution, details, and whether the design actually gets built properly.
