What are we looking for?

The Branch Head – NPS, Annuity & Funds is responsible for driving business growth across NPS (Government, Corporate & Retail), Annuity, and Fund-related solutions in the assigned geography.
What does the job entail?

Drive overall business growth and market share across NPS, Annuity, and Fund products.

Build and sustain solid relationships with Government, PSU, Defence, Paramilitary, Police, Corporates, and intermediaries.
Work Experience

8–15 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably within:

NPS (Govt / Corporate / Retail)

Annuity & Pension products

Funds / Asset Management / Insurance / Employee Benefit Schemes

Minimum 4 years of team handling experience
Essential Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (preferred)
Preferred Skills

trong understanding of NPS ecosystem, Annuity solutions, and Fund products.

Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
