We are seeking a dynamic and certified Dietitian & Fitness Trainer to join our gym team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized nutrition guidance along with one-on-one and group fitness training. This role requires a solid understanding of sports nutrition, weight management, and exercise programming to help members achieve their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis
- Design customized workout programs based on client goals
- Develop personalized meal plans and nutrition strategies
- Provide guidance on weight loss, muscle gain, and performance nutrition
- Conduct personal training sessions and group classes
- Monitor client progress and adjust training/nutrition plans accordingly
- Educate members on healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain client records and progress tracking
- Ensure gym safety standards and proper exercise techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Sports Science, or related field
- Valid certification as a Dietitian (as per local regulations)
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent fitness certification
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Prior experience in a gym or fitness center preferred
