Key Responsibilities
- Source blue-collar and white-collar candidates for all open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate online and physical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview links and application form links with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker for online interview processes.
- Manage and maintain the resume databank for current and future hiring requirements.
- Identify suitable ITIs, colleges, and training centres for bulk hiring requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct campus recruitment drives for apprentice and permanent hiring.
- Handle bulk hiring from ITIs, colleges and vocational training Institutes
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates.
